Feb 2020: In the wake of the (online) release, the world is in the midst of a virus attack - COVID-19. One day I will write a book on my journey!
Nov 2019: Having explored various avenues of distribution, finally decided to launch Redemption online through Quiverdigital.
1 Mar 2019: Redemption is ready... ready for exhibition to audience. The challenge remains to find the right distribution channel or distributor.
June 2018: First test run of Redemption with a small group of viewers. Positive feedback provides real hope. However, there is need to weigh some of the feedback to go back to the editing table.
23 June 2017: Failed to achieve target amount in crowdfunding. But, a few valuable lessons learnt.
18 May 2017: Launching a crowdfunding campaign to market and raise funds for post production of Redemption. Platform chosen www.pozible.com/
15 Dec 2016:
We complete the final edits of Redemption. I look at what Michael sent me. Impressive!
03 Nov 2016:
I start to finalise agreement with Carlo Tosini, music director. From the music samples he sent me, I am certain that he will be an asset to the team and film.

Our Cinematographer, Derek makes valuable contribution by joining the editor and me to provide us with his comments and feedback.

We complete a major update to the edit - version 3.0.
03 Jun 2016:
I am waiting eagerly to see the entire film... tonight our editor, Michael is uploading the first cut of Redemption. I have seen and reviewed bits and pieces of the film at various stages. Very soon I will get to see the whole film.

After discussing with Sabin I sent out an email and press kit to afew distributors in Australia. I get one positive reponse!

I never thought that making a 30 second teaser could take so many hours. Editor, Michael and I sat for about 4 hours working through whatever had been edited to make a teaser that would excite our audience. Finally, we came up with something very simple.

We completed shooting of the film - on time and budget. Money is an issue. though. From the initial clips I have seen, this is going to be a fantastic film.

It's been almost a year and a half that I started on this film project. Today we start shooting of the film. Yesterday was a very difficult day for me as I lost a very near and dear one.

My first advertisement for feature film Hell, later renamed as Redemption. The advertisement ran with the words.... 'The story, based in Australia, involves an abducted petite girl who has to fight for her freedom from an insane family of father and son. The project is in its early stage and the script is almost complete.
